Pro Active Serious Game Review: Sam G, Tesla
I tend to be very sceptical of any initiative/exercise that claims to bring a real world corporate problem into an active learning, engaging format.
We’ve all done exercises at the office or at team meetings around ‘personality’ or ‘your mindset colour’ which, for some, have no value whatsoever.
I had the pleasure to experience one of the products provided by Amsterdam Game Lab recently.
‘Pro Active’ really impressed me, a really smart way of illustrating how work load can affect the work place, and who/what needs to be considered.
